Product Introduction
The MX-303A-SK economical CNC busbar processing machine features a CNC-controlled bending unit and consists of three workstations: punching, shearing, and bending. It can complete processes such as punching, shearing, and bending of busbars. By replacing molds, it can perform various operations including punching round holes, elongated holes, square holes, flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, and pressing terminals. It can replace hydraulic cutting machines, hydraulic punching machines, and hydraulic bending machines for field use, overcoming issues like oil leakage found in those three types of equipment. The three workstations operate independently, effectively improving work efficiency in field construction, enhancing convenience for field use, and reducing labor intensity compared to other field construction models.
The bending unit of this three-station CNC busbar processing machine adopts a horizontal processing method, ensuring structural strength of the bending unit. This makes flat bending and embossing more uniform, greatly improves repeat positioning accuracy during batch production, and extends service life. In addition to all the features of standard models, the CNC busbar processing machine also includes the following functions: The bending unit uses CNC technology; users input the busbar thickness and bending angle into the system, which automatically performs internal function calculations and generates data for bending processing, precisely controlling the stroke via a counter. Operators can supplement and store field data of processed workpieces into the system at any time, allowing for convenient parameter adjustment. The operation display uses a 7-inch touch screen with color display mode, enabling modification of unsuitable data. If non-standard workpieces are used, operators can also set data according to the requirements of non-standard workpieces for processing, making operation very convenient. The machine is small in size, light in weight, and easy to transport, making it an ideal equipment for field busbar processing.
